| Description: Our client is growing! This is a great opportunity for a strong Software Developer who has strong C++, C# and .NET development experience. You must also have extensive experience with developing multi-threaded applications. All the applications are proprietary systems and the role will be largely new development with some maintenance.

Requirements: As the successful candidate, you will meet the following requirements:
- 5+ years of experience developing Windows based server-side software using object oriented techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills with a specific aptitude for rapidly identifying and resolving issues
- Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio 2003 or 2005
- Experience using C# with .NET 2.0, 3.0 or 3.5 within the past 6 months
- 5-7 + years experience with C++
- Experience developing multi-threaded server applications that meet demanding performance and latency constraints
- Experience using profiling tools and techniques to optimize program flow and resource utilization
- Excellent grasp of software engineering principles including development and release lifecycle processes
- Disciplined use of a source control system
- Strong sense of teamwork with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working with N-tier architectures
- Experience with .NET Remote and SQL
- Experience with IP network protocols
